|  Introduction:
HDPE silicon-core pipe is a new-type
pipe with solid silica gel lubricant attached on its wall.
It is produced through co-extrusion and composition by three
plastic extruders, adopting HDPE as main material and solid
lubricant silica gel with lowest friction coefficient as its
interface layer. And it is broadly applied in optical fiber
cable and electric cable communication network system
Production Line Features:
Extruder utilizes high-efficient
screw specially designed by our company, direct current speed
adjuster and co-extrusion spiral frame head.
Forming in vacuum, spray
cooling and stainless steel groove are adopted.
Traction engine is of
crawler type with frequency speed control.
Electric control is
worked out through PLC sense screen. It is also able to accomplish
program control over temperature control, automatic calculation
of extrusion and traction rolling speed and auto print marking.
