Introduction:
This product line
is protected by two patents, it can produce HDPE-AL and PPR-AL
composite pipe. PPR-AL composite pipe utilizes PPR, enabling
melting connection between pipe and tubing parts, without
leakage.
With advanced technic of one-step co-extrusion
of Argon Arc welding/ultrasonic welding, inner and outer pipe
and thermoplastic cement, the connection is steadfast with
concise and polished welding line, quick production speed
and excellent quality.
Co-extrusion die head, inner and outer pipe, thermoplastic
and aluminum pipe bonds directly under high temperature steadfastly.
The aluminum forming and calibration jacket use nanometer
diamond covering technique, assuring polished exterior both
inside and outside aluminum pipe, no friction trail, good
welding quality and long service life, lasting as long as
10,000 hours. Meanwhile, it makes compensation for the shortage
of low product rate caused by plastic jacket, which requiring
frequent replacement of calibration jacket.
It reduces production process, shortens product line and
reduces expenditure for workshop construction and personnel.
It is centeralizedly controlled by touch screen with
easy operation and stable operation.
